Our Culinary Center is on the lookout for energetic and safety-minded Delivery Assistants to help deliver meals and products to schools and residential living facilities. What You’ll Do:
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading deliveries—carefully and accurately handling food products and supplies.
- Operate equipment like pallet jacks, U-boats, and lift gates to safely move items.
- Help make smooth, on-time deliveries to schools and residential facilities—sometimes involving stairs and tight spaces.
- Rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) and alert your supervisor to any damaged or expired items.
- Keep delivery vehicles clean and ready, supporting daily vehicle inspections.
- Communicate clearly with your team to ensure seamless coordination throughout the day.
- Handle documentation and receipts for every delivery.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines—especially important when delivering in school and residential settings.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physically able to lift and move up to 50 lbs, with the stamina to climb stairs and stay active throughout the shift.
- Experience with pallet jacks and delivery tools a plus.
- Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Must complete required training.

Pay rate: $15.00/hr
QualificationsEducation:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must complete all Whitsons and government required training as necessary
Other Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:
- Must be able to be physically fit to complete essential demands of the job.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English.
- Able to handle heavy loads up and down stairs.
