Food Runner

We're looking to bring on a food runner that plays a key role in creating a smooth dining experience by quickly and accurately bringing meals from the kitchen to guests. They also help keep things running behind the scenes by supporting both the kitchen and service staff, answering guest questions, and making sure the dining area stays clean and welcoming.

Key responsibilities:

• Customer service: Answer customer questions about menu items, allergens, and dietary restrictions. 

• Table maintenance: Assist with clearing tables, setting them up, and stocking side stations. 

• Food safety: Ensure food is handled and stored according to food safety guidelines. 

• Other duties: May include replenishing condiments, refilling drinks, or helping with other tasks as needed. 

• Deliver food: Accurately and promptly bring food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables. 
   
• Communicate: Relay information between the kitchen and waitstaff, including special requests, orders ready, and potential shortages.
