SUMMARY:

Renewal by Andersen has an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Technician to join our Boston Team. The Field Service Technician will provide superior customer service by performing repairs and maintenance service on RbA products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Service and repair previously installed RbA products.
• Analyzes customers situations, determines corrective action to be taken and verify the action has fixed the situation in a cost efficient and effective manner.
• Keep team member informed as needed of customer interactions and actions taken to resolve service issues.
• Provide accurate part descriptions, including part number to Service RSR.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance and inventory.
• Provide Signature Service to homeowners and peers.
• Basic knowledge of RbA window and door installation techniques and ability to correct installation errors.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 or more years of window installation experience preferred.
• High school degree and valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Basic construction techniques; good knowledge of basic construction and building materials; knowledge of terminology of the construction industry.
