This role will partner with our Sr. Director to drive sales rigor, operational excellence,&nbsp;and sales strategy for the overall LCS business.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with sales, sales finance, business operations, product adoption and other cross-functional&nbsp;stakeholders on strategic operational projects designed to increase sales productivity, operational&nbsp;efficiency, and revenue</li> <li>Program manage critical initiatives that shape the LCS business</li> <li>Devise and recommend go-to-market strategies in close partnership with senior sales and cross-functional leaders</li> <li>Track data and maintain our reporting processes, spanning key sales pipeline, productivity metrics, and forecasting</li> <li>&nbsp;Build automation and scalability, optimize operational processes, and ensure seamless integration around systems, tools, and technology</li> <li>Develop analytical frameworks, tools, and techniques to plan and communicate short and long term resource needs</li> <li>Oversee the annual and quarterly planning processes for LCS as a whole</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Educational Background:</strong> A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economi
