MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

A bachelor's degree (4 years) in Human Resources, Psychology or other related field from an accredited college or university and four (4) years of professional experience in personnel; of which must include one (1) year of supervisory experience; or

A master's degree (6 years) from an accredited college or university can substitute for one (1) year of the required experience as described above which must have been in a supervisory capacity.
