The SAN Veteran Fellowship Program is designed to support a seamless transition from active duty to the civilian workforce by offering a one-year, full-time, paid fellowship with comprehensive benefits. Fellows will gain hands-on experience in our integrated aviation environment while applying their military-honed skills in a dynamic corporate setting.
Beyond practical work experience, the program includes professional development resources such as resume workshops, mock interviews, and networking opportunities with industry leaders. Our goal is to equip veterans with the tools, knowledge, and connections needed to thrive in their civilian careers.

- Salary: The hiring salary for the Veteran Fellowship is $27.88 an hour.

About the Job:
The Finance & Risk Management department is seeking a strategic and motivated Financial Analyst. As a Financial Analyst you’ll bring your leadership, problem-solving, and mission-focused mindset to a role where precision and strategy matter. As part of our Finance and Risk Management team, you’ll support operational goals through financial analysis, budget monitoring, and strategic planning. Your ability to adapt, collaborate across departments, and maintain integrity will be key to success.

What You’ll Do:
- Budget Development & Monitoring - Collaborate with department teams to develop budgets and forecasts aligned with organizational goals. Monitor departmental expenditures and analyze variances between actual spend and budgeted amounts, providing timely insights and recommendations.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting- Provide accurate financial data and analysis to internal stakeholders to support decision-making. Undertake ad-hoc financial projects, including reporting, data analysis, and process improvements based on departmental needs.
