Production Manager – Lead High-Impact Projects at Rainier Industries

Rainier Industries is manufacturing and display organization with a long-standing history of innovation and craftsmanship. We are currently seeking a Production Manager to join our team in Tukwila, WA. This is a fantastic opportunity to have a strong voice across the organization and lead the execution of meaningful change.

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for managing high-profile projects-including preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup-while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead product planning, scheduling, and manufacturing operations.
• Manage inventory control and warehousing for all plant materials.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement Lean Manufacturing practices.
• Develop, train, and mentor team members to foster growth and performance.
• Promote and maintain a strong organizational culture.
• Forecast work volume, schedules, and staffing needs.

Qualifications
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on team development.
• Preferred: Experience in print, graphic, or display production.

Compensation & Benefits
This is an exempt position. The pay range is $120,000 - $135,000. Pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to relevant experience/level and skill set.

Please note: We typically do not hire at the top end of the range.
