Job Title: 3DEXPERIENCE Technical Lead

About the job you’re considering
A 3DExperience Technical Lead responsible for providing solutions, prototyping, and demonstrating the solution. Develop and share deliverables with the customer team. In addition, act as a Technical Project Manager / Product Manager by driving alignment across stakeholders, managing priorities, and ensuring solutions meet business outcomes.
Your role
Work with Customer Development teams to capture business requirements.
Provide effort estimates, develop prototypes, and propose solutions.
Monitor application health and provide recommendations for deployment and infrastructure improvements.
Provide automation solutions to reduce manual steps and human errors.
Configure and customize 3DX application platform and tools like CATIA and DELMIA to satisfy business needs.
Develop and deploy integrations of the 3DX platform with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES, CRM).
Provide clear input to the project team on schedules, issues, and deliverables.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and prioritize features. - Act as liaison between engineering, IT, manufacturing, and business teams to align technical solutions with product strategy.
Track progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
Your skills and experience
Minimum 10 years of experience with 3DExperience PLM.
Configuration and customization of 3DX application platform and tools like CATIA and DELMIA to satisfy business needs
Integrations Development and deployment of the 3DX platform with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES, CRM) for on-premise and 3DX cloud.
DevOps Architecture knowledge to provide automation solutions to reduce manual steps and human errors
Project Management to Track progress, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
