Join us in our mission to become a driver of positive change in the eyewear industry.</p><p>Get ready to make a real impact in a certified <a href="https://www.aceandtate.com/nl-en/about/responsibility">B Corp</a> as our new <strong>Financial Controller</strong> by creating reporting to our internal and external stakeholders, as well as driving process improvements or resolving operational inefficiencies. </p><p>The position is full-time immidiately available at our HQ in Amsterdam and reports directly to <strong>Kari</strong><strong>n Hoogendoorn</strong>, our CFO. </p><p>You'll be...</p><ul><li>Realising accurate and timely monthly, year-end close processes &amp; the preparation of internal and external reporting</li><li>Leading the preparation of annual statutory accounts, including project management and coordination of the audit process in the Netherlands and other European countries</li><li>Driving operational excellence throughout the organisation and improving performance</li><li>Working on process improvements to facilitate a strong and smooth future growth while finding ways to standardise and automate processes</li><li>Delivering on ad hoc requests such as business cases, CSR audit and dashboarding</li><li>Working closely with a dynamic and young finance team</li><li>Contributing not only to the company’s mission, but also to our Responsibility mission of being committed to being a more socially &amp; environmentally responsible business, every day.</li></ul><p><em>As a certified B-Corp, we take careful consideration of the impact of the decisions we make at work on the planet and on people and we ask you to commit to this as well and </em><strong><em>Think it Through</em></strong><em>.
