Opportunities listed will either be in-person based on the location mentioned or virtual, depending on business needs. Some of our internship opportunities that begin in September will continue through the Academic Year and end in April. Job Description
Academic Year Internship Program:

- Program Dates: September 18, 2023 – April 19, 2024
- Time Commitment: 16-24 hours per week. Exact schedule to be determined based on business need. We will do our best to accommodate course schedules.

Areas of placement may include, but are not limited to:
Engineering Experience, Operations & Technology: This is the Engineering Experience group within Operations and Technology. Our charter is to help developers at NBCU be more productive via tools, automation, and knowledge. We are working on getting all NBCU onto one "paved road" for software development, and establish consistency in the way developers build, deploy, and maintain their services and applications. As the intern, you’ll get to contribute key features to our internal developer web portal, analyze and enhance our continuous integration system, and build and deploy service applications in AWS and Azure.
Asset Life Cycle Management: Asset Life Cycle Management (ALM) is a newly formed team with high leadership focus as it's a main highlight within NBCU O&T's overall 2023 and 2024 long range planning goals and objectives. The team is focused on transforming the way NBCU procures, provisions, manages, repairs and recovers end user computing devices including laptops, desktops, virtual and mobile devices by modernizing and automating device lifecycle work streams, establishing and enforcing enterprise-wide device policy, leveraging device health analytics to proactively remediate issues and optimizing refresh cycle and refresh workflow s. In flight projects include migration of end-point device management software from on-prem to cloud, migration to Intune/Autopilot for device provisioning, establishing global IT procurement and device governance policies and a global refresh program for end-of-life devices. As the intern, you’ll get to assist in: 1.) Project work (involvement within project team for assigned in-flight project(s) based on interest and need for assistance). 2.) Workflow process mapping/development within ticketing tool Service Now for IT procurement, device refresh, new hire request, offboarding, device recovery, etc. 3.) Research of Service Now HamPro offering and recommendation for migration strategy from current Service Now platform.
Facilities & Studios, Business Analytics: This will be the Facilities & Studios group Business Analyst, Intern. Supporting various applications in the Facilities & Studios portfolio. This intern will report to the Facilities & Studios Engineering Solutions Manager (ESM) within the Workplace Technology Engineering (WTE) Organization.
