IT PROJECT MANAGER

You must have one full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 level. Specialized experience is defined as: Experience leading enterprise portfolio management, executing enterprise-level initiatives leveraging agile methodologies, and management of cross functional teams. Experience also includes establishing governance frameworks, policies, and performance metrics for enterprise-level IT and AI projects. Information Technology Infrastructure Library version 4 (ITIL v.4) Foundation certification preferred. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills, and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
