What you’ll do:

 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - User Experience Designer, Special Projects

Location: Newport Beach, CA, three days in office

Schedule: 35-40 HR/week 

Expected start date to end date: July to December 2024

 

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities related to the design team such as setting up workshops, team meeting preparation and facilitation, tracking ux metrics and maintaining wiki pages

• Support ongoing projects as needed, including assisting with creation of team presentations in Figma and PPT using a presentation design system.

• Support user research efforts with recruiting our target end-users for research studies

• Help develop project timelines, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met

• Maintain product & project documentation and ensure all files are up to date.

• Suggest operational improvements across the entire workflow

• Support in video creation for internal and external projects, such as product pitch videos, enablement sessions, etc.

• Plan and coordinate team-building activities and events

• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, bootcamp or recent graduates (within 6 months after graduation) 

• Ability to show examples of your work in the interview process

• Solid organizational, analytical and time management skills

• Experience with modern design tools such as Figma and Mural

• Hands-on attitude and be proactive with verbal and written communication

• Understanding of user experience design, user research and synthesis methodologies

• Proactive self-starter that can navigate through ambiguity

• Nice to have: experience with video editing tools, Airtable and PowerPoint

Consumer Industries is hiring a User Experience Design Intern to assist with various special projects to help keep the entire UX team running smoothly.  The intern will be a member of the user experience team working on a variety of projects across ux design, ux research and team operations. We are looking for someone that takes initiative and has strong organizational skills. This is a hybrid role, spending three days a week in our beautiful Newport Beach, CA office collaborating with our team.

 

 

You will have the opportunity to partner closely with other UX designers, product managers, engineers, and business experts across the various life cycles of products.  You’ll collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members around the world and get exposure to other product areas in SAP
