Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team, dedicated to boosting programmatic revenue and improving operations across our global gaming portfolio. This role will involve close collaboration with teams worldwide to support open exchange, programmatic deal monetization, and ensure seamless operations.The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing programmatic revenue through various initiatives, including optimizing current integrations, identifying new revenue opportunities, and contributing to strategic programmatic projects. This role also involves managing a campaign team dedicated to growing and supporting programmatic deals.Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Drive programmatic revenue growth by optimizing current ad integrations, refining the ad framework, and identifying new opportunities for revenue generation across our gaming portfolio.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sr. Director, Programmatic Strategy to complete revenue-generating projects, develop new ad products, analyze revenue trends, and build weekly pacing reports.
- Campaign Management: Oversee a campaign team focused on partnering with sales, advertisers, and revenue operations to increase programmatic deal revenue.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Partner with Engineering, Product, and Revenue Operations teams to maintain accurate timelines, documentation, and updates related to product rollouts and capacity impacts, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Analysis and Reporting: Provide detailed insights into revenue trends, yield analysis, capacity and SEO impacts, contextual signal strength, and regulatory updates around privacy.
- Programmatic Dashboards: Develop and maintain comprehensive programmatic dashboards and alerts using our Business Intelligence (BI) tools to track key performance metrics.
- Sales and Education: Collaborate with Sales leadership, Product, and Revenue Operations teams to educate sellers, refine the programmatic deal process, and grow programmatic deal revenue across the organization.
- Industry Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the digital advertising space, with a specific focus on programmatic technology, and stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in the industry.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience within a publisher, advertising agency, or ad tech company.
- Previous experience working with Prebid, TAM, Open Bidding, and other programmatic technology providers.
- Proficiency in SSPs (e.g., Google Ad Exchange, Magnite, OpenX) and DSPs or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to conduct high-level revenue analysis and yield optimization.
- Experience with analytics setup and reporting tools such as STAQ, BURT, DOMO, or similar tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate sophisticated data into actionable insights.
- Outstanding project management, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and deliver solutions in complex and fast-paced situations.
- Proficiency in interpreting campaign performance data related to programmatic variables and implementing optimizations to achieve campaign goals.
- Familiarity with mobile/video/audio ad serving, programmatic demand sources, and the broader digital advertising landscape.
