Production Support

Geoprobe®/DRILLMAX® is looking for a high character individual to join our fabrication team as a part of our laser/press brake team.  This team is responsible for producing components/parts that support our goal of building technical drilling equipment. As a team, we seek to be an asset to our clients, understanding their objectives, needs and challenges.  

Successful candidates should be goal oriented, self-motivated, and driven to produce high quality work while maintaining a safe and clean work space.  This job will initially support the press brake and laser operations, but there is opportunity for growth in learning how to run both operations.  Press brake or laser experience would be helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate. 

Requirements

Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations  

• Maintain equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements  
• Accept ownership for accomplishing new and different assignments by Manager &/or area lead to help co-workers  
• Tasks may include:  Load/Unload and run laser, assist with press brake operation, operate forklift, and various other tasks as assigned by manager or lead 

Skills Desired 

Ability to follow verbal instructions, listening for desired results and asking questions when unclear 

• Capable of learning and following safe operating procedures of each work area  

• Desire to be a helpful team player; able to work independently and with others to complete the job 
• Quality minded – takes the time to complete tasks with quality. Work will be inspected as needed to verify quality 
• Good communication skills  

Requirements  

• Reliable attendance, positive attitude, motivated to work hard, and honest in all situations  
• Hands-on with strong mechanical abilities  
• High School education or equivalent  
• Physical stamina to be in a production environment for 8+ hours and strength to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion 
• Expected hours are 40-45 weekly
