How We Use AI to Enhance Our Work

We believe in using the best tools for the job. For us, AI isn't a replacement for great software engineering—it's a powerful accelerator. As part of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to leverage AI to enhance your day-to-day development and contribute to cutting-edge client solutions, all while tackling a wide range of software engineering challenges.

  • AI-Assisted Engineering: You'll have access to AI-powered tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor to boost your productivity and code quality. We adopt tools that fit the project, like Amazon Q or GitLab Duo, to align with client ecosystems
  • Accelerated Design & Strategy: You can use our proprietary multi-LLM platform, OmniAI (integrating OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic), to accelerate solution design, architecture, and estimation in a secure environment
  • Opportunity for Advanced AI Projects: For clients seeking a competitive edge, you may work on projects building sophisticated agentic AI workflows with CrewAI, deploying ML-powered decision engines, or developing production-grade chatbots
  • Continuous Learning: Supported by our dedicated "AI Tiger Team," you'll have the resources to continuously learn and explore emerging tools, ensuring you stay at the forefront of modern software development practices

WHO YOU ARE

  • An experienced and driven software engineer with 3-5 years of experience in consulting or a technical industry
  • An interest in the practical application of AI in software development; hands-on experience with AI/ML or LLMs is a plus, but not required
  • You enjoy collaborating with a smart and effective team that continually seeks to provide value over what is asked
  • You often become a subject matter expert on a topic and are sought out by others on your team for your technical expertise and opinion
  • You have a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and standards, with a curiosity for emerging AI tools
  • You are comfortable presenting technical concepts to a client audience, both business and technical
