Senior Product Manager

Are you motivated to create customer-centric solutions and accelerate business success?  Interpres is looking for a technical, results-oriented Principal Product Manager with deep knowledge in cyber security, and a passion for delighting customers.  You will work closely with Interpres Engineering and Research teams, defining new capabilities and translating customer requirements into actionable technical specifications.  You'll also work with customers, the  field and customer success teams to understand use cases, communicate new features, and manage product roadmaps.  This position will serve as a key technical thought leader on the product management team.  We think the best ideas and solutions come from multi-dimensional teams reflecting a variety of backgrounds and professional experiences.

 

What You will do

• Work with executive leadership, product and engineering teams to develop product plans aligned with market requirements and opportunities for growth
• Demonstrate an understanding of core product management disciplines that enable cross-team alignment and collaboration, roadmap prioritization, and go-to-market programs for new features and products
• Work with customers and partners, and leverage market research to develop functional and technical requirements in partnership with engineering
• Lead cross-team collaboration for product planning, prioritization, development, launch and on-going enhancements that balance responsiveness to customer needs with strategic market impact
• Encourage data driven product decisions leveraging utilization metrics, user feedback and customer partnership
• Work with product and marketing leadership to develop content, messaging and competitive positioning from Interpres value propositions
• Structure customer research with the User Experience team and prove out initial investments through experimentation and pilots and real world use cases
• Influence senior leadership to buy-into new product visions and drive alignment among the organization's highest levels of leadership.
• Ensure growth and cost saving targets are met and communicate results out to senior leadership for continued support.
• Influence strategy and decision-making beyond product and consistently seek additional product management expertise.
• Create new tools and methods for gaining metrics and machine learning opportunities with data science team while driving clarity, engaging strategic partners through uncertainty.
• Act as a compelling storyteller, balancing quantitative and qualitative data to drive action, motivation, and decisions.

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in product management roles
• Healthy curiosity, and obsession with understanding the customer problem
• Demonstrated success managing enterprise security products in Enterprise software markets
• Product management experience with Software-as-a-service solutions
• Ability to work across 2-3 engineering sub-teams but maintain alignment acros
