You will act as a strategic advisor to the business, providing innovative, out-of-the-box, and data-driven approaches to hiring the best possible technical talent.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning talent strategy with business needs.
  • Conduct structured, competency-based interviews to ensure objective, values-aligned hiring.
  • Own and continuously optimize recruitment workflows, tools, and partnerships to drive efficiency and impact across the hiring lifecycle.
  • Leverage recruitment metrics and market insights to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining impeccable process discipline and operational excellence.
  • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships with HRBPs, Total Rewards, and FP&A to align recruiting with broader organizational talent strategy.
  • Navigate and influence in a complex, fast-moving environment, bringing clarity and order to ambiguity.

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in a recruiting role, 7+ within a global tech environment.
  • Proven success hiring for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, TPMs, and ML engineers.
  • Adept at managing multiple open roles across levels, complexity and varying levels of priority and urgency.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and set expectations with leadership.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading process improvements in technical hiring and raising talent standards.
  • Strong expertise in data analytics, market intelligence, and using insights to influence hiring decisions.
  • Expert knowledge of current trends and best practices in technical talent acquisition
  • Proficient in ATS tools and data-driven recruitment methods.
  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, prioritizing effectively and driving to outcomes with limited oversight.
