We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as an Support System Analyst in Spokane, Washington.  

The Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is one of the most innovative divisions within Caterpillar. PSLD is responsible for Aftermarket Parts Distribution of Cat Parts, Integrated Logistics, segment Procurement and the design and manufacture of Wear Components (Undercarriage and GET) and Maintenance Components (Seals, Tubes & Hardware, Hose & Couplings, Fluids and Filters).

Job Description Summary

As a Caterpillar Production System Coordinator at Caterpillar Inc., your responsibilities will include the following: supporting the facilities 5S projects, working with the Operations team to establish performance metrics, being a lead and/or team member of projects identified for completion at the facility, providing new hire training, providing training on Yellow Belt awareness, managing the CI card process, supporting the facility Black Belt, and purchasing supplies required for use by the facility.

Shift: First Shift, 6:00am-2:30pm

• Warehouse management and reporting systems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures, and walk, squat, and bend over for intervals at a time
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to work with a diverse group of coworkers and teams
• Demonstrated proficiency in mathematical and analytical skills
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good attendance record
• Ability to maintain accurate and complete records

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 50 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes.
• Ability to work at elevated heights up to 20 feet from the floor.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry boxes, work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor
• Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
• Walk, squat, and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes, be able to climb stairs and ladders, reach overhead and stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
