Principal Associate Scientist

We are seeking a Principal Associate Scientist with a strong background in analytical chemistry to support non-GMP testing activities. The ideal candidate will perform both chromatographic and non-chromatographic analytical methods and contribute to documentation, data mining, and troubleshooting efforts. This role requires a detail-oriented and collaborative individual committed to high-quality work and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform non-GMP analytical testing using:
• Non-chromatographic techniques: Stand-alone UV assay, pH, osmolality, moisture, and thermal melting temperature determination using UV
• Chromatographic techniques: Reverse phase and ion exchange chromatography
• Document all analytical results in electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN)
• Generate and/or review:
• Certificates of Testing
• Protocols
• Technical reports
• Conduct data mining activities and summarize historical/relevant analytical data
• Provide support in troubleshooting analytical issues as needed
• Coordinate aliquoting and shipping of samples and materials

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (preferably Chemistry)
• 3–5 years of industry experience in analytical testing and documentation evelopment (e.g., HPLC, LC-MS, spectrophotometry).
