We are seeking a Project Architect to join our team in Los Angeles, CA.

How will you contribute to the team?
· Ability to make timely design and technical decisions in a collaborative manner while seeking advice of peers and supervisors.
· Ability to present oneself professionally to clients as well as maintain a ‘seller-doer’ approach. Ability to routinely interface with clients and keep client properly informed.
· Ability to perform programming, planning and other conceptual design activities.
· Develop designs and sketches into Revit-based construction documents as well as direct a project team to do the same.
· Ability to produce design and construction documents in BIM.
· Candidate must hold an Architect license in at least 1 state.
· Ability to mentor and lead a project team to produce a complete set of construction documents. Ability to perform QC review for design & redline documents for production by project team in BlueBeam or another digital format.
· Ability to coordinate with sub-consultants and other disciplines and mentor junior staff to do the same.
· Ability to perform QC review for specifications and contribute needed information to a specification writer.
