THE OPPORTUNITY


We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Sales and Marketing business units. This role will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals, driving performance, and fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.

Reporting to the SVP of Human Resources, the ideal candidate brings strong business acumen, deep HR expertise, and the ability to partner closely with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Provide strategic HR support in areas such as workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Act as a change agent, driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and cultural alignment.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure hiring strategies meet the unique needs of Sales & Marketing.
  • Develop and implement retention and career development initiatives tailored to high-performing commercial teams.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management, employee relations, and leadership development.
  • Facilitate organizational assessments and capability reviews to identify skill gaps and inform targeted development strategies.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen the employee value proposition, ensuring alignment with evolving workforce expectations and business goals.
  • Support change management efforts by developing communication and transition plans that minimize disruption and promote adoption.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide insights and drive evidence-based decision making.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Learning, Rewards, DEI) to deliver integrated HR solutions.


WHAT YOU WILL NEED:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and organizational development.
  • Proven ability to influence and build trust with senior leaders.
  • Ability to build and scale HR programs that directly drive company growth and organizational success
  • Dynamic, agile culture that encourages innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data to drive HR strategies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
