Job Summary

Sr. Director of Dining Services – Canton, GA

Morrison Healthcare is seeking an experienced Sr. Director of Dining Services to lead foodservice operations at a premier healthcare facility in Canton, GA. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of patient dining, retail, catering, financial performance, client relations, and team development.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven healthcare foodservice leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, developing teams, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership for all foodservice operations, including patient dining, retail, and catering
Manage budgets, labor, purchasing, inventory, and overall financial performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and key stakeholders
Lead, coach, and develop managers and frontline associates
Drive patient, guest, and customer satisfaction initiatives
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, regulatory, and quality standards
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service excellence
Support talent development, succession planning, and team engagement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience
5+ years of progressive foodservice leadership experience
Healthcare foodservice leadership experience strongly preferred
Experience managing large teams, budgets, labor, purchasing, and inventory
Strong knowledge of food quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
P&L management experience preferred
ServSafe certification preferred
Strong client relationship and communication skills
Forward-thinking leader who is proactive, visible, and engaged
