We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Contracts who will be responsible for customer account management and will collaborate with both internal and external customers, as well as cross-functional support groups.

This role requires a self-directed individual who is team-oriented and focused on improving processes that support our customers and the business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with a variety of responsibilities.

What You Will Do

• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on issues related to assigned orders.

• Manage repair purchase orders from a range of military airline customers, including communicating customer requirements, providing initial acknowledgment, preparing quotes, coordinating shipment, and overseeing invoicing.

• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, including asset reporting, customer service levels/on-time delivery, turn time penalty avoidance, and status reporting.

• Collaborate across functions such as Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Program Management, Shop Supervision, Shop Technicians, Customer Support Managers, and Field Service.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in military contract administration

• Proven customer service experience

• Familiarity with continuous improvement processes and tools

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
