Assistant Manager, IT

The focus of role is managing end to end technology functions for New York branch while working closely with Head office for Tech Refresh, remediation of server vulnerability, Security / firewall review with infra teams, IT Audits, formulating yearly IT budgets, managing vendor, ISG compliance support, any future infra movement, branch shifting, bandwidth upgrade, application migration & IT projects support.

•    Ensure application upgrade programs for example Fircosoft and Actimize are seamlessly executed.

•    Drive InfoSec remediation to ensure compliance with all local regulatory and audit controls.

•    Raise the required CR’s to ensure all patches are up to date.

•    Remediation of bugs in production environment for any incident raised.

•    Ensure systems (hardware and software) in all environments meet security baseline standards.

•    Ensure adequate testing to verify application functionality and identify adverse effects from enhancements or configuration change.

•    Ensure User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases are signed off prior to change movement to production.

•    Participate and drive internal and external audit requirements and complete action items for mitigation and rectification.

•    Ensure Disaster Recovery (DR) environments are synchronized and available with maintained unit level recovery documentation.

•    Estimate yearly budgets for Capex & Opex including all upgrades, regulatory projects & vendor payments.
 

•    In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, security & compliance.

•    Must understand complex application & hardware architecture flows.

•    A minimum requirement of 10+ years in Technology software/Hardware is required.

•    User access & system integration testing experience required to conduct rigorous testing.

•    Strong vendor management skills and the ability to negotiate agreements.

•    Excellent communication and networking skills with the ability to develop relationships.

•    Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.

•    Need to be experienced, in understanding complex banking architecture.
 

 

Salary range:   $115,000.00 - $120,000.00
