Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for the solicitation of top Penn Fund prospects in at least one milestone reunion class as well as partnership with additional classes to support the growth of dollars and donors. In addition, the individual in this role creates and manages highly motivated gift committees to solicit classmates at the leadership level and to inspire loyal giving. Collaboration with fellow prospect managers to solicit assigned undergraduate alumni for unrestricted and scholarship gifts also is critical to the role’s success in addition to the act of working with volunteers to inspire a culture of philanthropy. The role will also require management of complex and confidential data followed by analysis to identify top prospects and volunteers utilizing a keen attention to detail. The individual in this role will take on additional responsibilities dependent on the needs of the Class Giving and Reunion Programs Team as they pertain to overall Penn Fund Strategy, as well.
