Job Description
Western Digital® is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about driving online sales through social platforms, paid search, paid shopping campaigns, digital display, online video, and more. This full-time position is based in Irvine, CA.
The right candidate for this role must have extensive knowledge of social platform marketing techniques and tactics as well as skills in paid search platforms. The successful candidate must have strong analytical skills and a knack for driving direct revenue through all digital marketing channels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop social media campaigns/strategies and execute them.
- Build and manage global Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Manage daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to align all eCommerce marketing activities.
- Identify and develop marketing assets that are needed to accelerate our eCommerce and channel growth.
- Create editorial calendars and schedules.
- Coordinate the launch of all Digital Marketing campaigns into new regions.
- Track channel budgets and make recommendations to grow Revenue while hitting target KPIs.
- Speak knowledgeably about KPIs (CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS, etc.) to internal stakeholders.
- Present strategy and results with internal teams and executives.
- Develop relationships with vendor representatives.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- BA/BS required
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in social media marketing.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and KPIs, experience managing campaigns required.
- Passion for Digital Marketing with strong Analytical skills and a desire to always seek out “the why” using data.
SKILLS:
- Excellent written and verbal skills; fluency in other languages a plus.
- Familiarity with Paid Media platforms and marketing analytics tools is required.
- Very strong Excel skills.
