Reports to: Director of Solutions Development
Status: Full-Time; Salary, Exempt
JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a skilled business systems analyst to manage several Event management and operations systems in an exciting and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the administration and optimization of our 24/7 Event Management Software system, as well as several smaller operational platforms. Your role is critical in ensuring accurate data management, process efficiency, and compliance with industry best practices. Reporting to the Solution Delivery Director within the Information Technology department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Event Operations, Stadium Operations, and Security teams.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
24/7 Software Administration:
• Manage the configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of the 24/7 Software platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operational processes.
• Oversee user access, security settings, and data integrity.
• Work with the IT service desk to ensure systems and controls are in place so the organization is ready for event day. This includes devices, workflows, and user settings. Provide emergency support for same.
• Work with the IT Solution Delivery team to integrate solutions as necessary to increase efficiency.
Administration of other platforms:
• Manage the configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of other software applications such as Notifii, Docusign, Smartwaiver, and Envoy.
• Oversee user access, security settings, and data integrity.
• Conduct regular audits of user access and remove access for separating employees.
Data Management and Reporting:
• Assist in the preparation of dashboards and reports for leadership insights
• Collaborate with internal business partners to address data-related inquiries.
Application Support
• Coordinate system upgrades with the organization
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to end users.
• Serve as lead representative and liaison between Operations, Security, Information Technology, external vendors, and other stakeholders for database design and implementation projects.
• Provide end user training as needed to full and part-time staff in the use of the various platforms and devices.
Process Optimization:
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes using available functionality.
• Implement best practices for data workflows, approvals, and notifications.
• Continuously improve system efficiency and user experience.
Compliance and Security:
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) within 24/7 and other systems.
• Monitor security controls, access permissions, and audit trails.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams as needed.
Vendor Management:
• Liaise with 24/7 support and consultants for issue resolution, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Evaluate new features and modules to enhance system capabilities.
Project Management:
• Ability to lead system upgrades, implementations, and process improvements.
• Strong organizational skills to manage concurrent projects.
• Oversee platform steering committees.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Light office duties and activities
• Mobility to walk stadium
• Must be able to work occasional nights and weekends, especially Chiefs home games.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.
