Responsibilities

• Creating styles, entering purchase orders, downloading UPCs in Aptos system.
• Checking confirmations on all future bookings - after entering all purchase orders check vendor websites or mail/email confirmations to verify quantities, cost, retail, and ship dates. All confirmation numbers must be entered in Aptos.
• Entering promotions, Return Authorizations (RA) and markdowns in Aptos
• Tracking vendor RA’s from stores for accurate completion, and coordinating with the warehouse to ship back to vendor before the expiration date.
• Cancelling/closing purchase orders that are past the cancel date.

Qualifications 

• High school diploma or Associates Degree preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Familiarity with Aptos a plus or related systems
• Highly accurate data entry skills at a rapid pace
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
