• AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse – Essential
• Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their outcomes
