Technical Project Manager Steering Systems

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Project management: Responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of projects in the field of steering systems, including time, budget and quality management.
• Technical responsibility: Coordination of technical requirements and solutions in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• System integration: Ensuring smooth integration of the steering systems into the vehicle architecture.
• Innovation management: development and implementation of new concepts and technologies in the field of steering systems, in particular by-wire technology, electromobility and automated driving.
• Customer support: Direct contact person for customers throughout the entire project cycle.
• Leadership: Management and motivation of a team of engineers and specialists.

   

 

Requriments

• Education: Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field.
• Professional experience: More than 5 years of experience in managing technical projects, preferably in the field of steering systems.
• Specialized knowledge: Sound knowledge of vehicle dynamics, mechatronics and control systems.
• Project management: Proven experience with methods such as Agile, Scrum or comparable approaches.
• Tools: Confident use of project management and engineering tools.

• Languages: Business fluent in German and English
