Retail Stock Associate  

As one of our passionate, fun and dedicated Retail Stock Associates, you will be an invaluable part of our team where you will thrive in an environment where individuality and authenticity are celebrated. You will be responsible for the receiving, processing, and replenishment of merchandise within the store as well as maintaining the organization of the stockroom. How You Will Make a Difference   

What you will do:   

• Process/perform incoming shipment functions. Check in, audit and sensor merchandise per policy. Ensure all shipment paperwork is completed correctly.  

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; could require weekends, overnight/early morning, evenings, and holidays. 

• Prepare out-going store shipping functions.   

• work with a team to exceed store results and will adhere to policies, procedures and practices that align with company directives. 

• Ensure all in-bound and out-bound merchandise is accurate, report any discrepancies to the stock supervisor and/or store manager.  

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stock area.  

• Develop a high level of product knowledge of all categories of merchandise and complete training as assigned.   

• Be proactive in Loss Prevention initiatives.
