System Engineer

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

 
We are seeking a System Engineer who will become a member of the project team whose goal is to create a new and unified Global Bill of Materials that is comprised of Engineering Bill of Materials and Manufacturing Bill of Materials. 
Roles and Responsibilities:
o    Collaborate with different teams/individuals to understand current Global Design Bill of Materials system and related servers. 
o    Document current system, create system diagram showing connections/data exchange between several system’s modules/servers. 
o    Provide the best solution for a new environment.
o    Assist in creating and installing a new system.
o    Configure server environment, test and ensure all connections are working properly. 
o    Create, maintain documentation and installation procedures.
o    Coordinate with various departments of Honda for approval of the new system and infrastructure.
o    Proactively ensure the highest level of system and infrastructure availability 
o    Understand integration between BOM, CATIA and 3D Experience. 
o    Create Roadmap for current and future system.

 

 

Qualification:

o    BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subjects
