Who will you be working with?

You will be working with a new distribution team, working to build a culture of dependability and creating a culture where customers rely on you for unyielding quality. 

How will you make a difference?

As a driver for the distribution team, you will be responsible for ensuring product is pick or put away accurately. You will use either a stand-up reach truck or order picker to accomplish this.  Your work will go to help keep the world’s transportation system keeps moving.  The material that we distribute truly has a global impact and you can help us be successful.

What do we want to know about you?

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience on an Order Picker or Reach Truck

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of Safety procedures and practices
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with overtime as needed
  • Reach Truck experience is extremely preferred
  • Able to learn new skills or equipment
  • Prior PC experience with ORACLE or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the customer in mind

What will your typical day look like?

  • Meet job requirements relative to Safety, Productivity, Quality, Attendance, and team environment
  • Order picking, parts counting, wrapping products, export packing, crating, labeling, shipping and receiving, stockkeeping, cycle-counting, and housekeeping
  • Putting product away correctly and ensuring inventory accuracy
  • Utilize ORACLE and various Warehouse Management System (WMS) applications
  • Utilize various PC applications including RF picking
  • Read and interpret pick tickets, packing instructions, safety alerts, or other communications as needed
  • Read and interpret drawings and instructions for light assembly work
  • Operate various types of forklifts, and other equipment as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
