People Leader: •         Direct Network Activation team bridging senior leadership strategy to tactical execution. •         Develop and implement team programs including operationalization of processes, coaching and foster development of a world-class team. •         Team staffing (e.g., hiring, managing training programs, executing change management, performance management, etc.) •         Participate in budget development of team and monitor costs and expenses. Corporate & Team Initiatives:  Drive value for customers:
·       Drive and promote adoption and increased utilization for Cross Continuum of Care, with team and internal stakeholder partners. ·       Gather and consolidate valuable feedback from customers for internal stakeholders relevant to Network Activations and related topics; Act on feedback with internal stakeholder teams to iterate and continually refine the process.
Drive value for "One Company" initiative:
·       Liaison between LTPAC and Acute and Payer operations supporting "One Company" initiatives, e.g., Project Catalyst. ·       Establish strategic partnerships and foster cross functional internal relationships with other departments to provide insight, maximize end-to-end customer experience and help achieve desired outcomes. ·       Frequently interact with senior management across departments (i.e., Sales, Product, CSM, Enterprise Applications, Marketing, Professional Services, etc.) and ensure a mutual understanding of Sales and Customer Success OKRs and KPIs.
Drive Value for Team/Department Initiatives:
·       Report, provide insight and act on team progress on department objectives. ·       Primary point of escalation for Network Activation team. ·       Drive change and improve operational and organizational efficiency in Network Activations through evaluation of systems, tools, processes and talent. ·       Take an analytical approach to understand and continuously improve the performance and efficiency of the Network Activations organization; incorporate intelligence that will help organization with growth and scale.  Process and Systems:  •         Work closely with Systems, Sales, and Customer Success in building and enhancing workflows for tracking, managing and reporting Network Activations across multiple clinical care settings. •         Partner to cross-functional teams to drive corporate and department initiatives, process and related backend system changes. •         Define rules of engagement between upstream and downstream teams for all workflows into the Network Activation Team.·       Business Lead for Network Activation team system projects for duration of system project lifecycle.  Required Experience •         Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience. •         Working experience with Sales, Account Management, Business Operations, Product Engineering, Data Analytics and Information Technology departments. •         Strong systems, operations and workflow insights to continuously improve department processes. •         Strong customer orientation focus, delivering customer needs. •         Exceptional relationship builder that leads with integrity. •         Outstanding track record of delivering results. •         Excellent communication and presentation skills. •         Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong leadership ability and collaborative working style. •         Exemplary player/coach team leader committed to fostering and growing talent. •         Lead to Cash system acumen; experience with A&P and LTPAC systems an asset. •         Experience and understanding of data analytics, EHR, acute, and PAC knowledge a definite asset.
