- Provide individual and group play therapy for children, adolescents, and families using evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Use therapeutic play techniques to help children express emotions, improve coping skills, and address behavioral challenges
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each child and family
- Establish a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment where children can engage in creative activities for healing
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with practice standards
- Collaborate with other clinicians, families, and the Clinic Director to ensure quality care and client satisfaction
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development opportunities

Master’s degree in a behavioral health science or related field

Full clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent)
- (preferred) Specialized training or certification in play therapy (such as RPT or LPC-Play Therapy)
- Experience using play therapy techniques to address emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns in children
- Strong understanding of child development, family dynamics, and therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents
- Ability to develop creative therapeutic interventions that engage children in the therapeutic process
- Experience in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can express themselves freely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, parents, and the team
- Proficiency in Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience is a plus!)
- Expected to maintain a caseload of 25+ clients per week
- Flexibility to work both in-office and remotely (depending on client needs)
- Occasional evening and weekend hours to accommodate family schedules
