Overview
The Workday Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration, security, and optimization of our Workday HCM platform. This role ensures system integrity, manages security roles, develops reporting solutions, and collaborates with stakeholders to enhance business processes. As the primary Workday expert, this role will drive system efficiency, compliance, and strategic improvements to support organizational goals.
**This is a remote role, but you must reside in one of these 8 states Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio and Wisconsin**
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
Licensure/Certification/Registry:
- Required: Workday Human Capital Management (HMC) Certification
- Desired: Workday Pro Certifications, such as Payroll, Reporting and Analytics, Security, and Platform Administrators
Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience in system administration, security, and/or reporting.
- Strong understanding of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Security, Reporting, and Integrations.
- Experience with Workday Security framework and role-based access controls.
- Proficiency in Workday Report Writer and calculated fields.
- Management of Workday support semi-annual releases.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
