OVERVIEW
A highly skilled and motivated Strategic Business Director will establish and maintain strong relationships with large accounts. Your role will involve acting as a liaison between these accounts and Vantaca. To excel in this position, you must have a deep understanding of driving partner business growth while balancing stakeholder interests and technical software needs. This person will analyze market opportunities, present business cases to leadership and propose novel narratives for a changing market.

- Relationship Management - Serve as the primary Vantaca point of contact for large client accounts. Build and nurture relationships, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Partner Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams such as development, product management, sales and marketing to ensure a seamless collaboration between Vantaca and the client. Foster cross-functional teamwork to deliver exceptional customer value.
- Market Analysis & Trend Monitoring: Continuously monitor industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to ensure our company remains at the forefront. Provide feedback to sales, marketing, product, CX, and/or engineering teams about market demands and potential improvements to Vantaca.
- Product Support - Collaborate with the clients(s) to identify and communicate support and training needs related to Vantaca. Utilize your technical expertise to offer solutions and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Proactive Communication - Initiate regular dialogue with clients to discover potential opportunities and challenges. Provide prompt updates on software enhancements, feature offerings, and any necessary modifications to meet with clients evolving needs.
- Mentor/coach individuals in Vantaca about industry knowledge as it pertains to working deals associated with clients.
- Leverage industry learnings for marketing and sales strategies; share in weekly L10 and directly with sales and marketing leadership.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, or seminars to upskill industry professionals; occasionally organize.
- Technical Expertise - Possess a comprehensive understanding of the technical needs and requirements for a software operating system, specifically within the context of community association management. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
- Reporting & Advisory - regularly update senior leaders and executive leadership team with strategic advice based on extensive industry knowledge and market trends.
