POSITION SUMMARY:
As an Expert IT Analyst for Transportation Management, you will be responsible for managing the transportation management system (TMS) module of the SAP software as a part of the Supply Chain IT team dedicated to the Nestle Health Sciences operating company. They will work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure the efficient and effective movement of goods and materials. This Expert IT Analyst will be responsible for developing, configuring, testing, and implementing the TMS module, as well as providing ongoing support and maintenance. They will also work closely with functional business teams to ensure that the SAP TM module is aligned with business objectives and requirements
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize transportation processes, including carrier selection, routing, and scheduling.
- Work closely with functional business teams, including transportation, warehousing, procurement, sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure that the SAP TM module is aligned with business objectives and requirements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to transportation management, and make recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Configure and customize the SAP TM module to meet the needs of the organization, including integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance of the SAP TM module, including developing test plans and scripts, and coordinating user acceptance testing
- Identify gaps in existing SAP TM system and processes and identify options for improvement.
- Assess near-term needs, using structured interview processes and consumer research methods to understand opportunities and help business establish priorities. Consults with product teams and proposes alternative solutions. Advises on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes and product priorities
- Support the Business Relationship Manager and Product Manager to facilitate both strategy and innovation planning with business stakeholders
- Support Mergers and Acquisitions through technology discovery and solution integration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree acquired from an accredited college or university
- 5+ years of experience within SAP Transportation Management with ability to configure, enhance, or upgrade the system
- 3+ years of technical experience working with SAP and integration with third party systems or applications
- Experience with at least 1 full cycle solution implementation within SAP
Other
- Certification within SAP TM
- Previous experience in a merger or acquisition integration
- Prior experience programming with ABAP, Java, or SQL
- Knowledge of SAP HANA and SAP Cloud Platform

The approximate pay range for this position is $106,000 to $148,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
