Job Title: Life Enrichment Assistant

Location: St. Augustine, FL

Job Type: Part-time 4p -8p Monday's & Rotating Weekends 10a-6p

We are seeking a talented individual with artistic or musical abilities to join our team as a Life Enrichment Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and coordinating life enriching, person-centered care programs and activities for our residents. You will also be required to assist in driving some of our superior seniors with our van/car.

Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with standing and walking, reminders, and cueing

- Plan and implement engaging activities and events for residents

- Assist in games, drawings, and events within our community

- Drive residents to appointments and outings

- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents

- Ensure that all activities are conducted in a manner that is sensitive to the social, emotional, and physical needs of the residents

- Respect the rights of the residents and maintain their dignity at all times

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
