***Le poste étant situé aux États-Unis, la description de poste est disponible uniquement en anglais.******As this position in based in the United States, the job description is available in English only.***________________________________________________________Head of Wardrobe and Makeup (Wardrobe HOD)–BMG Orlando Costumes and PropsFull-Time Position   Blue Man Group Orlando is looking for a full-time Head of Wardrobe & Makeup.  The Head of Wardrobe & Make-up for Blue Man Group (BMG) is responsible for ensuring consistent costume & make-up quality, aesthetic and practices for BMG Orlando. They will also manage vendor relations and the shared costume and make-up stock, and aid in wardrobe guidance for future productions, current productions, and marketing and corporate projects. Working in conjunction with the Artistic Direction team and serving as the Wardrobe HOD (Head of Department) for assigned resident show, this person must be able to juggle multiple projects, priorities and personalities gracefully. As is customary with the theatrical industry and for Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group (CDSEG), the hours of work involved may vary and be irregular.  
Duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:  Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.  ·       Ensure that Blue Man Group values and artistic vision are understood and supported across the organization; ·       Serve as Wardrobe Head of Department for BMG Orlando; ·       Manage all administrative duties of the BMG Orlando Wardrobe & Make-up department including but not limited to scheduling, payroll, supply ordering and department meetings; ·       Maintain the department budget, and follow all management procedures for using purchase orders and submitting receipts; ·       Ensure show coverage through properly staffing department including training and performing show coverage when necessary; ·       Support local PR and gig/special event needs by being point of contact for wardrobe on all required projects; ·       Maintain the existing show wardrobe/costume & make-up aesthetic for all BMG productions as established by Artistic Direction; ·       Understand and represent the show design to accurately assess its present condition to Artistic Direction & BMG Management; ·       Respond quickly to show-related issues, including but not limited to matters pertaining to overall aesthetic, wardrobe/costume & make-up issues or wardrobe/costume & make-up requests; ·       Support and implement Artistic Direction notes pertaining to the production and assist to further align Artistic Direction’s goals for the show; ·       Support BMG Orlando Wardrobe Department with vendor relations and ordering; ·       Serve as liaison between outside wardrobe/costume designers and Artistic Direction, assisting in communicating needs, requirements, etc.; ·       Serve as the information hub for all wardrobe/costume & make-up needs within BMGOrlando; ·       Manage all show documentation related to wardrobe/costume & make-up for BMGOrlando; ·       Completes special projects and all other work-related duties as assigned.   Qualifications

·       The ability to work effectively in a team environment is required; ·       The ability to use discretion and work well and harmoniously with the performers; ·       Additional experience on large-scale theatrical productions, touring productions, or special events is a plus; ·       Effective oral and written communication skills are essential, as are interpersonal skills; ·       The ability to work effectively in low-light environments; ·       The ability to work with frequent, established deadlines is required; ·       Organizational and analytical skills are required; ·       The ability to work effectively with diverse populations is required;
