Senior Software Engineer (React)

You’ll be joining an engineering team tasked with developing the next generation OANDA Labs tools integrated with our website and used by hundred thousands of OANDA’s clients every day.</span></p><p></p><p><b><b>In this role, you will:</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Close work with team mates, other development teams, Product Managers and UX Designers on delivering a new visualization tools using React.js </span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribution to the existing codebase and maintenance of existing products</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure high product quality through code reviews and tests to increase confidence in releases</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>What skillset you need, to be successful in this role?</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>3+ years of production experience developing React.js applications</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with data visualization</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with GraphQL</span></p></li><li><p><span>Firm grasp of the TypeScript language </span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to write well-documented, clean code</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with testing suites such as Jest</span></p></li><li><p><span>Attention to detail</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid knowledge of software engineering best practices and design patterns</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>OANDA Global Corporation is a diverse and global team with offices around the world.
