Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is searching for two Principal/Sr Principal Scrum Masters to join the Global C2 Solutions Business Unit in support of the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS) Continuous Test Team in Huntsville, AL.

The selected candidate should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the IBCS system and familiarity with the Agile process. Effective communication skills are vital for collaborating with the Continuous Test Team Product Owner on various tasks such as Program Increment Planning, Story Development, and Capacity Allocation. Additionally, the candidate will interact with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Leadership and provide briefings for scorecard results and defects. The candidate must possess leadership abilities to guide team members and coordinate lab availability for testing and issue resolution. The candidate should display proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with JIRA is important for defect detection and management during testing phases.

Basic Qualifications:

• Principal level- 5 Years with Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM); 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD
• Sr Principal level- 8 Years with Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM); 6 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Overall knowledge in all functional areas of the IBCS system
• Demonstrated experience as a Test Scrum Master or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with Jira
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of Python, Java, C++
• Scrum Master training
• Experience with automated testing

Salary Range: $105,400.00 - $158,000.00Salary Range 2: $131,100.00 - $196,700.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
