As the Registered Nurse (RN) Team Manager, you will work closely with our providers and patients through many stages of their Thirty Madison journey. The role is a people-leading role, supervising a team that provides direct patient care and clinical support to KMG providers in delivering care to Thirty Madison patients. You’ll partner with and support our medical network and patients across all of our brands. You must be comfortable speaking with others across various channels compassionately and professionally.
The RN Manager is part of a core integrated care leadership team, alongside Medical Directors, Provider Leads, Quality and other Operational and Strategy teams that strategize and execute initiatives driving clinical and operational excellence in both quality and efficiency on a daily basis. This role will lead a team of RNs and Care Coordinators, optimize workflows, and manage performance metrics.

What you get to do every day
- Manage day-to-day operations of staff Integrated Care Team (ICT) performance within and overall Institute performance including identification, review, monitoring and management of quality and performance metrics
- Manage staffing, including cross-training and float pool utilization
- Develop daily workflow strategy for staff RN and Care Coordination teams, continuously working to initiate ideas for efficiency improvements
- Proactively plan for staffing fluctuations to ensure timely patient care
- Monitoring and weekly reporting Institute ICM team including staff RN and Care Coordination efficiency metrics (Utilization/MPH)
- Review of patient journey consistently, working cross functionally to make improvements in patient wait times and overall satisfaction
- Own and lead meetings at a regular cadence related to the overall health of the clinical care delivered on our platform including team, cross-functional projects, and individual team members
- Mentor, coach, and support nursing and care coordination staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere. Facilitate ongoing education and professional development opportunities for nursing team members.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhancement and suggesting evidence-based practices
- Collaborate with ICM Director on vetting of and prioritization of platform feature requests
- Initiate and participate in performance improvement projects to ensure the highest standards of patient care
- Weekly Institute Reporting organizational reporting
- Other duties as assigned
What you bring to the role
- BSN Degree
- At least five (5) years of relevant healthcare experience
- 3+ years of management or supervisory experience
- Compact RN License required with ability to obtain additional states
- Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion
- Self-motivated and thrive in environments that offer a high degree of autonomy
- Naturally organized, strong leadership and problem solving skills
- Ability to consult with team members through virtual communication channels
- Experience working remotely, in telehealth, asynchronous care preferred
