And our work to improve lives is never done.As an RN, Coordinator of Patient Care Services, you are responsible for the following: Acts as a resource, role model, and clinical leader for the patient care team. Evaluates patient needs and makes care recommendations based on those needs. $41.11 to $58.58The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills and qualifications. This position is not eligible for an annual incentive.
