Job Summary

We are currently seeking  a Cognitive Therapist /Behavioral Therapist (CT/BT) for our Topeka Region at Minds Matter LLC.  You will get to work with individuals to achieve their goals in their own homes and communities.  The Minds Matter model data shows that our outcomes are 4-5 times higher than other programs for brain injury. 

Responsibilities and Duties

• You get to help people get a job, driver's license and their own home.
• You can help to do fun activities like running a marathon and play with their kids.
• You will help people relearn skills after experiencing brain injuries.
• You get to work in the community or in people's homes.
• You get to set your own schedule and find creative ways to help.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School or GED required with one year or more years of related experience preferred. Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills
•  Organized, possess problem solving skills, and be able to multitask
