Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of advertising campaigns

• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and organize campaign materials

• Maintain project schedules and update status reports

• Proofread and edit advertising content to ensure accuracy

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare summary reports

• Communicate with vendors and external partners as needed

• Maintain organized records of advertising materials and campaign files

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Previous experience in an administrative or advertising support role is a plus
