This is a full-time hybrid role for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, including project coordination, budgeting, construction management, and project management. This role is primarily located in Tampa, FL, with flexibility for some remote work.

Requirements

Qualifications

·       Experience with ProCore software preferred

·       Strong project coordination, construction project management, and construction management skills

·       Experience in budgeting and project management

·       Excellent organizational and communication skills

·       Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

·       Knowledge of industry regulations and building codes

·       Proficiency in project management software

·       Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

·       Experience in the healthcare, multi-family, industrial, luxury residential, education, or mixed-use/office/retail sectors is a plus
