TEAM OVERVIEW:
Revenue Operations is a team that performs Bookings and Billings for Customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create under supervision Quotations to create Booking and Billings for multi-year agreements in ERP systems. This includes completing a clean booking checklist to show compliance for legal and financial policies.
- Maintain Contracts under supervision with accuracy to enable Service Orders for customer support.
- Escalate when customer facing issues not being met.
- Works closely with Sales, Finance, Business Development, Field Engineers, etc.

Business Expertise: Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience.

REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION:
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale)
