About this Job
Project Coordinators serve as the connection between commercial and operations, developing high quality survey materials, maintaining study timing and scheduling systems, performing quality control and coordination between departments in order to fulfill study requirements. When necessary, we consult on custom and highly complex jobs, troubleshoot study issues and develop standard processes for new services and tools.
Responsibilities
- Executes most study designs with some supervision
- Proficient in questionnaire review to the point where the questionnaire flows logically, and appropriate methodology routings and instructions are correctly included
- Clear, concise and professional in communication with internal departments and with external agencies.
- Demonstrates accuracy in use of scheduling, questionnaire and project management tools (i.e. Bowtie/Workbench, Workflow Visibility Tool, etc.)
- Solution oriented in resolving problems and recommending action plans.
- Accurately manages feasibility and supplier bid requests including all relevant information on the execution of studies following handoff
- Contributes accurate executional elements to proposal development, via feedback/review or direct composition
- Actively consults with commercial teams on a wide range of studies regarding study design/inputs including aligning questions to analytical and client needs, questionnaire length and methodology specifics
- Accurately manages feasibility and supplier bid requests including all relevant information on the execution of studies
- Seeks opportunities/showing enthusiasm for value added projects beyond the ‘normal’ project specific work
- Offers up clear solutions and potential impacts from implementation to Commercial teams.
- Proactively identifies High Priority studies and works with internal teams to execute successfully.
- Willing to work as a team regionally and globally by taking on shared tasks such as vacation coverage, etc.
- Contributes in team discussions and non-production projects as needed.
- Works well with other internal partners across Commercial and Operational teams in order to deliver on time and high quality study execution. Foster a professional and friendly environment while working with others across the business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Digital Fluency and comfortable with technology (including knowledge of core Microsoft Office Applications)
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Customer service / consulting / interpersonal skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- Agile - Open and willing to change direction, scope, and requirements to achieve an ever-evolving goal set
