POSITION SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Associate will be involved with all warehouse operations related to picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and operating forklifts to store materials and other warehouse-related activities. The ideal candidate must be dedicated to maintaining a high-quality work environment and being a team player. The Warehouse Associate must be hard-working, organized, and detail-oriented.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
- Daily housekeeping of warehouse.
- Pick and pack parts for customer orders.
- Receive and stock freight in hard locations.
- Assemble and stock modification kits.
- Process receiving documents; prepare Bill of Lading / Airway Billing.
- Loading and unloading of LTL and small package carrier trucks.
- Initiates good customer services by giving prompt, efficient and friendly service to internal and external customers.
- Abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
- Abides by all safety rules and uses all appropriate safety equipment.
- Cleaning and/or dusting shelving units and workstations. Sweeping floors in an open area and under racks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Department Size: Individual Contributor
Travel Demands: Anticipated domestic and international travel is approximately 10% depending on business needs.

Strong Familiarity with general warehouse operations

Ability to operate a forklift.

Ability to use PC with SAP

Good verbal communication skills and legible handwriting.

Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to process information and understand discrepancies between data.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work well with others to keep things running smoothly.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to manage time effectively by using the right documentation to know how much inventory is on hand at any given moment.
